With us you will train with kettlebells, which is a sort of
cannonball with a handle. In its simplicity is genius.
You could say that you have an entire gym in a single
kettlebell.
They are available in sizes 4kg, 6kg, 8kg, 10kg, 12kg,
14kg, 16kg, 18kg, 20kg, 24kg, 32kg, 40kg, 48kg and
56kg.

Kettlebells are really old weights that they had for scales
in shops and markets.
It comes from Russia and there it's called Girya.

They have become hugely popular in the U.S. today.

Kettlebells are effective for fat loss, strength training and muscle building.

They are training your whole body very powerful and almost everywhere. One or two
kettlebells is what you need to increase your muscle endurance, build muscle, strength and

Why use kettlebells instead of dumbbells?
  • Handles are thicker so the exercises become more difficult and gives you a great
    workout.
  • It takes more coordination to perform exercises like Clean and Snatch.
  • The non-centered kettlebell will force you to use more stabilizer muscles.
