The Philippine Jungle Expedition.

  • We wish to point out that this is a real adventure and it is extremely
    physically and mentally demanding. Are you not quite ready, we have
    courses for you.

  • Because of the expedition's nature, nothing is 100%. We are moving
    into one of the most typhoon-affected countries. We will thus do
    everything we can to keep the schedule.

  • Although we do not believe that the expedition is dangerous, there are
    risks in staying so far from civilization. If an accident occur, we will of
    course do everything we can to get you out of the jungle, but you must
    be aware that it is far to the hospital.

  • The Expedition leader and the medic are fluent in both english and
    swedish.

  • We will have meetings in Sweden for you who will attend the
    expedition, where we will show pictures and we talk about what makes
    sense to pack and what to buy in your country, which they don't have
    in the Philippines.
Expedition Information.
  • Date of the expedition is 20100504 - - 20100525, the length of the
    expedition is thus 21 days, but stay a few days afterwards, in this
    wonderful country.

  • Cost of the expedition is about 2820Euro

  • We do not use carriers, we carry our own backpacks, and sleep in
    hammocks or tents.

  • We do not want to make a great impact on the jungle, therefore we
    have limited the maximum number of expedition participants to seven.

  • We will carry our own stove, Trangia type, which we cook on. By living
    and eating at locally owned places, we support the area's
    development.

  • Depending on how long you will stay in the Philippines, you may need
    to get a visa.

  • Vaccinations and malaria prophylaxis is recommended.

  • We pick you up at a predestined place in Manila, the Philippines,
    where you at your own expense has flown.

  • All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner), transportation and
    accommodation are included in the expedition cost.

  • Alcohol is not included in the expedition cost.

  • The price includes 3 months of online coaching, with specialized
    training for the expedition.
